About the Charities
Louie’s 🧡✨ and The Bubble Foundation 💙🫧
Two charities supporting children undergoing bone marrow transplants, immunology treatment, and complex care in Newcastle.
Many Welsh families travel long distances for treatment, and both charities provide vital emotional and practical support along the way.
Why We’re Fundraising
Funds raised will be shared between:
• Louie’s – supporting children and families in hospital
• A joint Louie’s & Bubble Foundation Chester Zoo trip for 22 families this August.
This special trip is designed to bring families together and remind them they’re not alone.
We hope this boat trip can grow into an annual event for families on similar journeys.
We depend on contributions from the public, whether through organized events, fundraisers, or directly on our website. These donations are essential for us to achieve our mission and meet our goals. Organising events is a fantastic way to raise the crucial funds we require.
Our events and fundraisers go beyond just raising money. They serve as opportunities for our community to come together and champion our shared goals. Public events extend our reach to a broader audience, sharing our message and connecting with new people.
We encourage all kinds of events, whether it's a small gathering among friends or a larger community affair, every event makes a difference. By hosting your own event, you not only contribute directly to our cause but also spread awareness within your own circles. It can also spark inspiration in others and help us reach even more people.
