Ready to join Team Louie's for the London Marathon Double 2027?

This is going to be HUGE!! 🤩 Are you ready to take on the world's most iconic marathon and be part of the Louie's team?!

We're ecstatic to say we've been given FIVE, yes FIVE, places for this year's London Marathon Double on Saturday 24th April 2027, and we're looking for the perfect match to fill our spaces. Could that be you? 👀

How to Apply

We're now open for applications and searching for runners who want to scream, shout and celebrate Louie's from start to finish, not just on the day. Simply click 'Apply to Run for Louie's' above, where we'll ask a few questions to get to know you and your plans.

What's Involved?

Successful applicants will be required to pay a £100 entry fee and raise a minimum of £1,500, with at least 50% (£750) raised by 31 January 2027. Your fundraising minimum is inclusive of matched funding to make it that bit easier!

How We'll Support You

Don't worry, you won't be doing this alone! We'll be behind you every step of the way, helping you smash your target with tips, templates and hands-on support. And of course, you'll be FULLY kitted out before and on the day with exclusive Louie's merch 🎽, because you're not just running for us, you're part of our team!

The Boring Details

  • You are happy to pay a non-refundable entry fee of £100 within 14 days of being successful.
  • You agree to raise at least 50% of your minimum sponsorship (£750) by 31 January 2027. If this target isn't met, we may need to withdraw your place, and any funds or sponsorships raised will be considered as donations.
  • You agree to run in Louie's branded running kit on the day.
  • You are happy for us to stay in close contact before, on and after the event to support with your fundraising, create social content with you, and use any media you may share.

Events
I would like to help with this event, how can I get in touch?

Thank you in advance for your kindness – you're amazing! We're always in need of event support, whether it's securing prizes, spreading awareness, or planning. If you'd like to lend a hand or get involved, reach out to us at hey@louies.org.uk and share how you'd like to help.

Tickets
Where are my tickets?

After purchasing tickets for one of our events, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation along with a second separate email which is your entry ticket, please keep this safe incase you are required to present it.

How do I buy tickets for multiple people?

When buying tickets for a group, use the quantity selector to add as many additional tickets as required. All tickets will be registered under the purchaser's name.

I can no longer attend, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear your plans have changed; we get it, life happens! If you can't make it, drop us a message on hey@louies.org.uk or simply reply to your order confirmation email. The sooner, the better, so we can free up your ticket for someone else. Notify us more than 24 hours in advance of the event starting, and we'll gladly refund the full amount, minus transaction fees (or we'll lose money, sorry!) of your ticket.

Fundraising
How can I start fundraising?

There are many ways you can start fundraising for us. Every event will have a unique online fundraiser button, which allows you to fundraiser for a particular event, this will provide you with a link to share everywhere, such as on social media. We also provide offline, printable sponsor sheets/resources for in person cash donations, which is available on all events.

We can provide promotional materials such as roller banners, leaflets, table tents and change collectors to be purchased/borrowed for fundraising events. If you require a large quantity of items for a big event, please get in touch with us.

Is there a minimun amount to start a fundraiser?

Not at all! There is never any minimum or charges for starting a fundraiser. You can create and setup a fundraiser for all sized events.
